When I made the posting linked above, Find a Grave did not have a photo of the tombstone of Martha Elizabeth Hill Brooks. As the posting noted, Martha is buried in Oliver cemetery at Smithville in Bastrop County, Texas.

I left a request at Martha’s Find a Grave memorial page in the past, and a kind user of Find a Grave, Ashley, has photographed the tombstone. I’ve now included an image of the tombstone in the posting linked above. And now that I can see the tombstone in Ashley’s good photos, I find that Martha’s dates of birth and death had both been mistranscribed by researchers in the past, and I’ve corrected both dates in the posting (7 March 1839 and not 7 May 1839, and 26 January 1887, not 28 January 1887).
