I’m posting this note to tell readers who may have read my previous posting about Benjamin S. Green (1794-1860), son of John Green and Jane Kerr, that I have made some significant revisions in that posting. When I made that posting, I had found no document giving the name of Benjamin’s wife, who appears in various documents and on the family tombstone in the Green cemetery in Waller County, Texas, as M.M.
